In order to improve the ease of installation and the level of protection, we selected heavy-duty connectors and wiring boards. This not only reduces space requirements, but can also be applied to waterproof, dustproof, and oil-proof requirements. At the same time, we often use the front panel for quick connection of cable access systems and programming ports at the control cabinet end, which is easy to isolate and maintain. Sensor junction boxes, Ethernet modules, and IO-Link technology are used to simplify electrical installation, reduce the number of sensor cables, and realize signal transmission of the entire device.

The transmission system is a scalable system that achieves signal control flexibility and economy on the basis of standardization. We choose IO-Link technology as the connection solution, which can integrate inductive sensor signals and RFID reading and writing data, which not only achieves economy but also ensures flexibility.
